Chevron Big Foot (BGF) Development at 5,185 ft. of water in the Gulf of Mexico – Design, Procurement and Integration Management for all Drilling, Production and Water Injection Risers. Valued at $ 25 Million.

 

ExxonMobil  Julia Phase 1 Project SCR Detailed Design. Development is a subsea tieback to the Jack-St. Malo (JSM) host production facility, a moored semi-submersible in 7,000 ft. of water in the Gulf of Mexico - Detailed Design for two (2) identical steel catenary risers (SCRs). Valued at $ 1.5 Million.

 

Total Moho Nord Project TTR Design Verification and Procurement. Development is at 750 -1,050 Meters water depth, at about 20-30 km from the existing Moho-Bilondo FPU, 25 km from the Nkossa Field and 80 km from the Djeno onshore Terminal, Congo. Valued at $ 90.5 Million.

Benchmarking and Estimating Metrics: Developed Product Line Benchmarking and Estimating Metrics Database for the Estimating Department. Liaised with Project Managers to ensure data consistency and validation for closed-out projects. Presented to Senior Management database development process and procedure for estimate development involving the data metrics.

ExxonMobil Crazy Horse Conceptual Study Project, Gulf of Mexico – Includes the design, execution plan and cost estimate for the design, fabrication and installation of subsea pipelines from 6, 300 of water depth to shore and 83 miles of onshore pipeline installation.

 

ExxonMobil Kizomba Project, West Africa, Angola Block 15 – Design competition for a SCR to a FPSO, suspended export pipeline catenary from the FPSO to a CALM offloading buoy, free standing syn-foam riser tower and insulated flowline bundles from a subsea satellite wellsite in 4,500 feet of water.

 

Penn State Development Project - Includes the design, fabrication and installation of a 3.5 mile insulated flowline bundle system consisting of two 4.5” diameter flowlines and a 4.5” diameter service line insulated in an 18” diameter carrier pipe.  Owned by Amerada Hess Corporation and valued at $13 MM.

Enserch Exploration Garden Banks 387 Project, Gulf of Mexico - Tie-back of a satellite 3 well template lying in 2,030 feet of water with 6 - 4” flowlines and an hydraulic/electric control umbilical enclosed in a 28” bundle casing to an existing 24 well template located in Garden Banks 388.  Owned by Enserch Exploration and valued at $43 MM.

 

Enserch Exploration Garden Banks 388 Project, Gulf of Mexico - Four Well Development consisting of a “Victory Class” Semisubmersible Drilling Rig converted into a Floating Production Facility moored over a 1,200 Ton 24 Well Subsea Template lying in 2,190 feet of water connected by a 2,040 Free Standing Production Riser.  An 8 Pile Production Platform standing in 240 feet of water connected to the Subsea Template by 52 Miles of 2 - 12” Pipelines.  Production capability is 120 mmscfd and 40,000 bpd.  Owned by Enserch Exploration, Inc. and valued at $325 MM.

 

Mensa Project, Gulf of Mexio - Includes a Workover Control System and Riser designed to operate in 6,000 feet of water in the Gulf of Mexico.  Owned by Shell Offshore, Inc. and valued at $12 MM.
